INTERIOR ARCHITECTURA OF THE HOUSE "LILIYA"

On a plot of 1.8 ha, oriented to North-East, with views over the sea, is projected a building of 1400m2 with a program for a family of five people, with additional spaces for guests and service. The house is located on the ground floor for easy proximity to the beach and away from the access road and the neighbours views. Two wings with copper cover, plug on the central point where is placed the access and the stairs leading to the basement. The irregular shape of the floor is generated because of the internal itinerarys planned in the program and the optimal use of the views. Being located in the lower part of the plot, makes the cover of the building become a fifth facade, perhaps the most significant of the house, being visible since the point of crossing the access garden door. The general geometry gives the home condition "topographical" in continuity with the rest of the surrounding garden.
